It is no strange to us that noodles are all made of wheat flour or sometimes potato. But have you ever heard of noodles are made from jelly?
These transparent jelly noodles originated from China and it’s among the most famous street food here.
The dish is called ShangXin LiangFen or Sad Jelly Noodles
Here is how the dish is made
Mix green bean powder with hot water
Then, whisked it for a few seconds
And lastly, left the jelly to set overnight
Once ready, the noodles are scraped with a tool, placing a medium amount on a plate, pouring the spicy sauce and chili and it’s ready to eat.
After the video was posted on social media, many food-lovers have found and tried these unique noodles and reviewed it.
