Many chefs from around the world have gathered in the Serbian suburbs to participate in a contest to prepare dishes from animal testicles held annually for 15 years.
It is fairly fair to say that a great cook is a person who can make good food from any part of the animal, even parts that just hear the name we feel disgusting , like testicles of male animals.
As a good chef, the ingredients must be processed well, including the testicles.
Applying that spirit, the "International Testicle Cook" contest was created to create an exciting playground for chefs interested in the unsympathetic department.
This year is the 15th consecutive year that the competition is held, proving that the appeal from the competition is not small at all.
Organized in a forest outside Serbia, the competition requires contestants to set up camps and use dry wood to cook food.
Materials of the team are also very diverse, be it the genitals of cows or camels, even kangaroos are not out of sight of these great cooks.
After completing the dish, the judges will evaluate the quality of the composition based on various factors such as taste, color, etc., and award the winning team.
Although these dishes when cooked finished look pretty white look pretty and looks like a boiled kidney, but the taste of it is not repainted, who tasted finished also compliment the rules.
Although the food looks pretty scary ...
...but warning that eating is going to be addictive anyway!
Milos Kojanic, 24 years old, is a member of the winning team this year, saying that his team wants to bring some "French flavor" to the dish. That is why Milos decided to combine ingredients from cows with a luxury ingredient such as goose liver to make a 4-course menu that is extremely attractive to diners.
The French team has won the championship this year.
Thanks to his cooking talent, Milos also brought back to the French team the cup "Cook testament" honor last year. And when asked about the know-how of the famous "sauce", Milos replied coldly, "It's an undisclosed secret." This is quite understandable, because Milos also have to keep that secret for his own to hold the trophy next year's championship again!
